「We had a good stay property was clean. We were on the go most of the trip, close to Letchworth park.」

「The property was perfect for us! Spacious, clean and very well accommodated. We entered to a lovely handwritten note from Ellen and Michael, home made scones, fresh eggs, butter and jelly and a package of bacon. There are multiple styles of coffee makers with coffee and creamer supplied. Linens were crisp and clean, bathroom stocked with everything you could need. 「Fantastic little place - truly cozy and well-appointed. Good place for me to use as a home base while visiting local parks: Letchworth, Stony Brook, Eternal Flame, and even Niagara Falls! Town is (really) quiet in the summer.」
