「Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. 」

「The property is beautiful and very clean. It has a unique theme/country atmosphere which is relaxing and fun. The fire pit just off of the river is really nice. Mike (the host) greeted us. He is very kind and always responded quickly to any questions we had. It's is obvious the host's care greatly about their property. They even supplied other amenities that most other rental properties don't. We are hoping to make this an annual stay, and recommend anyone wishing to just relax and have fun...

「We stayed at this lovely historic apartment while visiting our daughter who recently moved to Poughkeepsie. She stayed one night with us and loved it. The space was perfect for the 3 of us and our dog. Entry was easy, even w/ the emporium closed. Ingrid allowed us to enter at noon (her suggestion), which was much appreciated after taking the overnight flight from Seattle to New York. 「Our host, John, went above and beyond. There were beautiful fresh Lily's and pistachio cream chocolates for us in the bedroom. Coffee pods, bottled water, seltzer & creamer in the fridge. Nice fluffy towels for the walk in shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great place to stay if you are attending an event at the R&W farm. Thank you again for everything.」

「We went in August, the hottest month of the year and had limited usage of ac. Apt on 2nd fl and took over an hour to cool off. Owner offered to turn on ac prior to daughter coming in but that meant she helped herself to rental which we weren't comfortable with. Wish it had been explained from the beginning as daughter suffers from migraines & would've stayed at hotel w/ ac on all time esp in August. She does have a beautiful friendly dog. 」
