The kitchen had everything needed for meal prep and baking. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. We had a wonderful family vacation here!"

"Great communication with host! The house worked out well for the 7 people in the group and was extremely convenient for the nearby ski resorts. The thermostat was tricky to adjust and the furnace bangs after shutting off, neither of which impacted the stay. A few beds only accessibly by spiral stairs and ladder just to be aware of. Nice place - would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed at this house for our annual summer family get together and it was perfect. The property was beautiful, there was plenty of outdoor space for kids to play, there was a hot tub and bonfire pit, comfortable bedrooms, a big kitchen and large tables for meals. It was also 10 minutes away from Ellicottville which we went to for some fun daytime activities. Truly wonderful stay!"
