“We had a fantastic time with the family at this condo. It’s just perfect—not too big, not too small. The ski-in/ski-out feature is amazing, and the overall experience couldn’t have been better. It’s also close to downtown for going out, and it’s ideal for families who ski: you can easily come back to the condo for a snack, relax, and then head right back to the hills.Honestly, I almost regret leaving a review because once people realize how good this place is, the price will go up or it’ll be……

“Great location right in the heart of Ellicottville. Walk to everything and only a couple minute drive to both Holiday Valley and Holimont. ”

“It was cute but there was toothpaste left on the bathroom sink among other cleanliness issues. I didn’t feel it was worth the money.”

“Great accommodation, plenty of room for our family of 4, and lots of amenities. Big fan of the Nespresso maker! We had a small issue getting in - apparently the software that powers the door codes was down, but the owner answered my call, quickly gave us a new code, and all was good. She even ln followed up to make sure everything was good! ”
