“I booked this property months before I arrived, corresponded with the host several times prior to my arrival. Upon the check-in date, I unloaded my groceries and dry goods into the kitchen then went off to meet my friends. One hour after moving in, I was told by the host that she made a mistake and I could not have the place for the four day weekend I booked.
