“First time (in our experience) the actual property exceeded the photos (and the photos made the place look great in the first place). The property is beautiful and the house is beautiful. The riverside setting is everything for which we were hoping and the house simply tasteful and Adirondack elegant. Whole place is comfortable inside and out. The owners are both extremely available and also unobtrusive. Perfect experience. Would book this place simply to stay here and do nothing else. This time……

“We booked this escape as a 1/2 way point between family in NJ and MA and what a hidden gem it is! Dog friendly was a priority, but the magic of this place was a welcomed surprise. All weekend we commented on wishing we stayed longer and that we must come back to really enjoy the property and cozy feel that warms the soul! The cabin is meticulously maintained and it is very clear that the family loves their home away from home! Can’t wait to return!!”

“The location was very convenient to the wedding venue our son was getting married at on Memorial Day weekend. When my husband and I pulled into our cabin we were pleasantly surprised at how much it looked exactly like the pictures posted on this property. Its absolutely a nice hidden gem in the Catskills. “The cabin was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was clean, organized and family friendly. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. “This was our second year renting this cabin in Catskill and we are looking forward ti many more. From last year the owner made a few upgrades and the property is well taken care of. It is convenient to downtown and so many great places to hike and explore. Excellent communication from the owner and they provided suggestions for places we had not yet seen. Overall a fantastic experience!”

“Very nice place to stay for our 3 day hike on the AT. The view from the deck is amazing and the living room is huge with an old stone fireplace which we didn’t use because it was 90 degrees each day. The Mexican restaurant in town (Norte Azul) has an extensive menu and a good variety of beer on tap. Highly recommend visiting Mt Greylock in MA, about 30 mins away. It has an even better restaurant on top (you need reservations) and is right on the Appalachian Trail so you will meet all sorts on……

“A group of 10 friends (we are in out 40's) and I stayed here for a yearly gathering that we do. Every person was amazed at the rental. It was warm, clean, inviting and the kitchen jad everything that i needed to feed 10 people over the weekend.The game room was amazing and kept the group active indoors. It had a beautiful fireplace and wood stove. The adjacent room had a dining table, another wood stove and some very thoughtful items in a welcome basket. Next to that was the kitchen/living……

“The house was lovely, small but cozy. The weather was very hot during our stay and the house did get a little warm. But the A/C in the main bedroom worked great.
