「Stayed with my family for the weekend for the State fair. The house was perfect. The location was a little sketchy but no issues. The only issue is with the upstairs tenants. You could hear the creeky floors late at night and in the early morning hours. Kept you up if your a light sleeper. 」

「Immaculately clean, perfect size for my wife and I and our college son that crashed with us for a night. Ideally situated to town.」

「As a positive, Ahmed replied quickly to our emails. We unfortunately had to leave after one night though b/c my husband and child are allergic to mold and there was a smell of rodent urine in the bathroom. While Ahmed said the cleaning crew would take care of the mold after we left, I’m guessing it’s prob related to another issue in the bathroom.Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. There was an A/C window unit in the smaller bedroom, but the cord wasn’t long enough to reach the outlet...

「Hi! Had a pretty good time at this location. Had everything we were looking for to make out time in the ithaca area pleasant. 2 small issues though. 1. The 'guest parking' accesses the property via a short but narrow flight of stone stairs which for an older person or someone with unsteady balance may be precarious.2. The owner who lives upstairs has at-least 1 cat and the rental space had a feline scent to it. As someone who is allergic to cats, that was an issue. I would recommend the owner...
