「This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream...

「Our family enjoyed the house and the 4 bedrooms were perfect for us. Everyone loved the short walk to the beach and we even were in town for the opening day of the small amusement park. The adults loved the restaurant and live bands nearby. 」

Sylvan Beach was fun on cold windy spring days. We walked the beach. Very few rentals were open off season so we were grateful for this cottage.We were stumped a bit by the heating remotes. We got the living room unit going, but ended up leaving doors open into the bedrooms during the day for heat to...

「The cottage was cute and comfortable. There was a little snafu with check in as guests who arrived before us took the cottage we were supposed to have and we ended up with the one next to it. It's hard to give the cottage a fair review because we stayed in a different one but by the pictures of this cottage it does seem to be a bit nicer than the one we stayed in. Great location! 」

「Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. 」
