First issue here is the fact there is no physical address to be seen on this property. There are many many simple things that could be done inside and the outside. I will say it was clean inside which is good. The second day I was there the power went out for hours which is when I discover there is no way of calling anyone for any reason, very frustrating. The power company stated it was something that was done in this building that created the outage. Again w/o any means of calling anyone the anger level was very high amongst several of the guest. So spend some time and money to make this a little better. Some serious landscaping to hide the porta-pot business next door also would be well worth it...

Comfortable stay in the Smokies

Beautiful, clean and cozy room. Great communication with host and quick, hassle-free check in. Perfect location in Townsend. Room was up to date and very comfortable, with beautiful shared outdoor seating with fire pits. Would definitely recommend and will be returning here when visiting the Smoky Mountains.
