Great location

Excellent location for our purposes. Easy to get away to Cades Cove, in a peaceful neighborhood, close to eating and shopping, yet not in a high traffic area. We will return!

A Very Nice Stay

This quiet property is on the lower level which is super handy. It is decorated nicely, is clean and had everything we needed. The patio is really nice to hear the river and watch the birds from. We especially like that eateries are in walking distance and we look forward to going back!

We love this place

This property is decorated very nicely and well stocked with everything you’ll need for a really nice stay. We would definitely return Management was responsive for checking in and location is great for proximity to restaurants as well as the park.

Beautiful property with a fantastic view!

The property is decorated beautifully, extremely comfortable, and has a great view of the river. This is our first time staying in Townsend, and we will be back. Wonderful!

Peaceful Getaway

Weekend Getaway

We took our adult children for a weekend getaway in Townsend. This was a great location for us. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back patio watching the water. The unit was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.

Little River Condo.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Lovely decor. The view of the river with ducks and geese was so calming. Meredith and Jody were very quick to answer all my questions. Good restaurants were nearby. Can’t wait to go back.

This was a lovely well appointed Condo. Located in nice quiet location with the Little River bubbling past your rear patio. Decor includes personal artwork by the owner in every room. Looking forward to a future visit.

Amazing Condo!

Loved the condo, had everything we needed, even nice spices. Sitting on the patio, watching and listening to the water. Had ducks, geese and a kingfisher to entertain us. Off the main road nicely but easy access to the grocery store and shops. Making plans for next year!

Great getaway

This property was perfect for our family. The location was convenient to get to and around town, so all activities we did were just a short drive. The patio was a great place to relax when we weren’t on the go. And for the little time we spent indoors, the rental was stocked with games and books for everyone in our group ranging from toddler to senior ages. Check in and out was a breeze. We will absolutely rent this property again if available for our next trip to the Smokies!

Perfect relaxing getaway.

We cannot say enough about our stay. It was exactly what your description said it would be. Absolutely loved sitting on patio watching the river and listening to nothing but the sound of the river and nature. It was very clean and had everything you could need and then some. We will definitely recommend this place and will be back. And the icing on the cake was getting to see 30 bears in Cades Cove….it was amazing. Thank you for being a wonderful host. 🐻

Perfect Condo

The condo was the perfect size for our party of three. Clean and the perfect location close to the park. The property had plenty of towels and kitchen items. Soap, detergent, hair dryer etc was all supplied. The beds were comfortable. The location was on a quiet street away from main highway and it is right on the river. The view from the patio can’t be beat. Meredith was the perfect host. Easy and prompt with communications. We highly recommend this condo and will stay again in the future.
