"Staff and accommodations very nice. Free laundry. Only confusion was check in and line up for food in same door. Stayed in food line for short bit and then asked for check in. Even though very busy a staff showed us everything. "

"Friendly atmosphere, clean, tidy and comfortable. Keeper is nice and helpful. Check-in check-out is easy. Location is reasonably close to the station. Free lift to Hirafu ski arena every morning. "

"I had stayed two nights there, went to hiking in Mt.Yotei , location is perfect for go Yotei. a little big country side but if you drive car, there is not a big deal of it, and it's a peaceful place. staff Ryu is very helpful even though he is busy all the time. He drive me to the mountain access which was early morning. also they offer break first which is very delicious. thanks everyone that gave me a good memories! really want to visit again in winter."
