「Booked this non-refundable months in advance before the conflict in Dubai started; hotel and Expedia would not respond to emails or calls after initial discussions for a refund relating to the conflict or credit towards another stay - flights were already refunded. Hotel does not reply to any questions or messages on Expedia; had to find a contact on some online forum to even ask basic questions. Pretty disappointed with how staff handled responses but definitely learned my lesson for cheaping...

「酒店房間很大，每間房間都有洗手間和淋浴設施，對於家庭入住是方便的設計，但酒店的玻璃窗比較髒，其中兩間房的窗外都有類似雀屎的物體在上面，而房間的景觀可說是沒有，都被四面的建築物所包圍，很一般! 但麗思卡爾頓最出色的服務，在這家酒店完全能感受到，無論是前台，禮賓部，房務部……等員工都笑容滿面，又會主動打招呼和提供協助，這一切已足夠令人想再次入住。」

「I've stayed at the Swiss 7 times in Dubai. Can't wait until they renovate all. It's one of the best hotels with amenities in the region and super convenient. Ordered a cab to Abu Dhabi and hotel staff member asked his friend who wanted to over charge me and wasn't driving safe. The staff also at the front desk have a really hard job and it's apparent when they are tired....」
