The Staff, room was excellent! I had 2 issues, first the lifts, they have so many lifts but you have to wait up to 5 minutes for it to come down! second the breakfast! service is super slow! they seem 2 have 2 restaurants and only 1 has a live egg station (2nd floor), we preferred the 1st floor restaurant ...
