"The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. They had a morning market right in front of the hotel. Then it was just steps away from the night market. Where we ate/got food every night. The hotel breakfast was good. This area is filled with a lot of culture and temples. They provide you with water bottles every day. The water gets hot."

"After a month travelling across SouthEast Asia and staying in numerous 4 and 5 star hotels, this was the best. An excellent stay to conclude my vacation. The staff, facilities, food were of the highest standard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Ideally located to allow you to work everywhere in Luang Prabang. Exceptional."

"I had heard so many great things about Luang Prabang, I wanted to check it out. My stay at the Pha Nya Residence was outstanding. Check in was easy, the staff was so very friendly, and the location was great. The breakfast was also very good - try the Northern Lao soup. It was great and I had it every day."

"I can recommend this hotel enough. I booked this hotel for my last 2 nights in Asia to unwind/decompress before heading back to the US. I was impressed but the hotels attention to detail, and more importantly, how the pictures truly matched the hotel's real experience. Don't hesitate to make your booking. "

"Perfect location, easy to get transportation, a few easy steps to where the tuktuks gather, the night market, the river and the food stalls. Friendly staff, small common area, laundry done on sight. "

"It is very close to night market and morning market. Breakfast was included, with some options (no rice options though).
Nestled inside the neighborhood, it is definitely quieter than a guesthouse by the Main Street or larger road would be. No cars pass by this guesthouse as the road isn’t large enough for cars to go through. "

Mybanlao Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We loved this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff from driver to reception and everybody we met along the way is greeting us. It has a spacious bathroom, with separate bath tub and shower room and comfortable bed and a balcony fronting the pool. The bath tub has remote control for the glass wall. Free transfers from and to airport and free transfers during the day with vintage car and golf cart at night to night market and Mekong river, very convinient. Efficient front desk when we checked in. He informed us everything we need to know and the bell boy who showed us the amenities and everything inside the room. Highly recommended and we’re staying here again when we get back.

"As of this review, the property is less than 3 months, so everything is new and clean. The bed was firm and was good for my back. As there were limited guests, the staff knew you by name. Breakfast was limited, but you could order whatever you wanted and probably as much as you want. "

"I had a river side room, 3 nights!
Room size small but Ok for 1 person. Clean, toilet clean and hygienic. Breakfast good with Veg/Vegan options.

"This is my second time staying at this property. This time we stayed for 7 nights. It is a beautiful property and all staff are great. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. And the breakfast every morning is a wonderful start for your days in Luang Prabang."
