“What a fabulous place in an amazing location, just a few moments walk from the best cafes and bakeries / many temples / night market etc, yet it’s somehow so peaceful at Pha Nya. Our family room was lovely with very comfortable beds and lots of space for the 4 of us. We even looked out onto the entrance of a smaller temple and could watch the monks set off on their early morning walk to collect alms….quite magical. The staff were helpful and friendly, we really could not fault anything. Would……
“We had an amazing experience! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the manager with complimentary fruits and drinks while we waited for our room. His English was quite good, which made communication easy.
Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious—freshly made to order every morning. The WiFi connection was strong throughout our stay, and the hotel offered convenient services like taxi bookings and tour arrangements.
The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of town.……
“It’s located in the centre, about 10-minute walk away from the night market, which makes it quiet at night. The swimming pool is a really nice place to chill especially during the hot summer in Luang Prabang.
Breakfast buffet with adequate food choices. The freshly grounded coffee was a highlight.”
“The services boys and girls are very nice. There is more comfortable place for us. There is lots of green environment and it looks like so fresh. The room is also quite silent that we can feel much relax.”
“The staff is helpful and cheerful. When I get hurt during the New Year, no Tuk Tuk can be called. The boss of hostel drives me to the hospital and wait me for over half hour.
The environment is clean and quiet. You can see the reality of monks just in front of the guesthouse, comparing with the "tourist" monks in French area.
But the hotel is in the another side of the river. Bamboo bridge is built during the dry season but it charges 5000K for go-and-back per person. If you stay 4 days,……
“It was very quite there. 50 meters from the night mkt in one direction and 50 meters from the morning mkt in the other. Friendly staff and very, very clean. Excellent value for money. ”
“A green oasis in a green town. We, a family of four, stayed at Lotus Villa for two nights and had a wonderful experience. This boutique hotel is centrally located, but still hidden away from the busy main street. The very green courtyard provides a wonderful backdrop for our breakfast. It is clean and most of all the staff is very accommodating and helpful. ”
“We absolutely loved our stay at The sanctuary.
We were upgraded to a suite and the room was perfect with traditional style wood throughout.
The breakfast was so good, a great choice and good coffee with lots to choose from.
The pool was a lovely place to cool off after a hot day sight seeing and I can recommend a visit to their spa for a massage and facial .
Lastly the staff are so tentative, kind and more than happy to help with anything you require.
We booked for 5 nights and could have……
“Staying here was magical. It was beyond what we’ve expect both in hotel and service. Every staff members went past and beyond to provide us with a comfortable stay.
The hotel is also located at perfect walking distance from everything. We didn’t have to walk far to experience the magic of Luang Prabang.
I highly recommend this hotel and this city.
Simply magical”
“The hotel is very handy for all the main things to see in Luang Prebabg : less thaan 5 minutes to Phousi Hill, and not much further to Royal Palace, several wats etc
The staff were incredibly helpful; I arrived on the overnight bus at 7am not at all expecting to get my room until much later, but they sorted one for me. A staff member got up at 53 to let me out early another day so I could see the dawn monk's procession, and another helped me print a document I needed a paper copy of. I'm not……
