"Hotel was relatively quiet and in an easy to get to area. Jasmine was the kindest and friendliest nighttime front desk staff member I have ever met. My cousin and I saw her at all hours of the night and she was still super upbeat and nice. Having staff like her to greet you at midnight is a real pick me up after a long flight. The room was clean and the shampoo and body wash smelled nice and was calming. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area."

The location is ideal — right by the Metro, making it so convenient to explore Washington DC and Georgetown with ease. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we felt the overall value and service were exceptional. This was far more than just a hotel stay. "I did not have any interaction with staff. At night, i tried calling Guest services and Transportation/Bell desk multiple time to inquire about the aurport shuttle and no one answered. I used the QR code to get my answer but the site did not answer my questions."
