“It is a small property, but a large back yard away from the owners home. Everything was excellently equipped, 3 blocks from downtown. My favorite was relaxing on the screen porch after spending the day out in the forests. Loved the white squirrels romping in the back yard. ”

“SO clean!! First thing I always notice. My dog LOVED being able to be out on the porch with us - thanks to the double gates blocking off the yard AND the porch by the creek. The inside was small enough to be cozy & roomy enough to feel like home! It had everything we needed some. We have found our new family tradition - coming here for Christmas! 10/10 recommend that you book to stay… just not at Christmas, that’s our time LOL! ”

“Great cabin in a nice quiet neighborhood. Secluded. Nicely designed and the porch was amazing. Amazing view. It is also easily accessible- no steps to the porch or on the main floor bedroom which is great for older visitors. Only negative things I’d comment on- the mattresses and bedding were below average (ok for a couple nights but I wouldn’t really want to sleep on them more than that) and there is not a good place to eat inside and the table on the porch only comfortably seats 4 which was……

“The property was just as expected. Check in and check out was a breeze. Location is fabulous. Close enough to walk to dinner but far enough away from town that you feel very remote. Property shares a driveway with several other properties but still feels very private. We have stayed in another house on the property before and would certainly stay here again. House is small and could be tight for more than 2 adults. 2 adults and 2 kids would be fine but 4 adults would be snug! ”

It was central to the places we planned to hike, and there were great dining options nearby. We ate at The Library Kitchen and Bar, and it was delicious! This really was a comfortable place to stay.”
