「We had high expectations for this resort and spa. The reality is that it is so massively overpriced for what it is. To start, they don’t tell you, but they don’t work well with Expedia. There is no front desk, so you get a message with room number and code. Except that is not your actual room number. When our code didn’t work, we called the number in the listing and they said since we were Expedia, they just wait for us to call to get a room number. Then they gave us the “upgrade” to the top...

「Amazing views, great breakfast, comfortable room and bed, with lots of space and room for family games or other activities. Really close to beautiful views at Jump off rock. Be sure to arrive to see the sunset at Jump off rock. AC rattled a little in the Royal Room.」

「They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. We waiting several minutes for the hot water in the shower and eventually took two back to back cold showers . There was no table or dresser to put our stuff on, so we had everything on the floor. 「Everything was great. Our family had a great stay. The one aspect that gave us pause was there’s a barn/sliding door for the bathroom. Having a door that closed would have been preferable. =0)」
