“This B&B was absolutely wonderful! Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo. “We were excited about staying on a boat as we owned one ourselves. The location and property were not clearly explained. The photos of the boat must be several years old! We had to walk about a 1/2 mile down the cobblestone marina to find the boat and when we arrived we were put on another boat next to this one. The property was much older and run down. The internet was very spotty! We explained to the manager we were not comfortable there and requested a refund of at least 1/2 our fee. We left……

“Room was great. It could get a little noisy downstairs but area is excellent. Air conditioner broke down and administrator was notified in the am. When I got back to the room the AC was not fixed. As a courtesy they should have let me know but it didn’t happen. I had to message them and ask. ”
