“We (family of four, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Luca's appartment. Due to the Corona pandemic, we were not sure, if we really should travel. But Luca showed great flexibility and we were very happy, that we decided to go. The appartment was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. We arrived a litlle early, but Etel and Klaudia warmly welcomed us with beverages, so that we enjoyed the phantastic views, while they finished preparing the apartment. “Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Es gibt so viele tolle Städte, Strände und die wundervolle Landschaft mit all ihren Farben und Gerüchen in der direkten Umgebung zum Haus. In 15 bis 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto viele wirklich lohnenswerte Ziele erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück ist so gut wie nie Zivilisationslärm zu hören. Richtig gut zum abschalten. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse kann man schon mal dabei zusehen, wie eine Schafherde vorbei getrieben wird. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind……

“Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Sassetta liegt in einem idyllischen Dorf mit kleiner Infrastruktur. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants und ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Städte wie Bolgherie und Piombino sind nur ein Katzensprung. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön und traditionell eingerichtet. Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern ist atemberaubend. “We had a lovely week-long stay in this property. It's located just outside the small village of San Dalmazio up a long, private dirt track. The property itself is spacious and rustic with plenty of amenities, including bikes, a barbecue and pizza oven. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). But best of all is the large swimming pool which is situated across from the property in an olive grove. The hosts were very friendly and even left us a bottle of wine. The……

“The place is in the middle of a huge green area, ideal for those who want peace and quiet location. We were in group of 19 and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Marco, the owner, is very attentive to all details and always around to help. House ammenities were a plus for those rainy days when we could not visit sorrounding Tuscan cities.”

“Die Unterkunft ist -wie beschrieben - gut ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer, die oben im Haus wohnen, sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hervorzuheben ist das riesige parkähnliche Grundstück mit grossem Pool. In der Nähe sind viele Highlights der Toskana mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.”

“This villa is a dream. You really feel like you’re in a Disney castle in the home and in the little village! Our hosts were so easy to communicate with and so patient with us as we arrived much later than planned. They even went to great lengths to try and help us find food upon arrival because our kids were starving. It’s a fantastic location if you plan to take day trips all over Tuscany. It was nice to be centrally located so we could head out to Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca, and Pisa and……
