「The hotel is in convenient location. Close to the motorway, shops and some good restaurants. Room for 4 was spacious. Air con working fine, shower hot and clean bedding. There was quite a strong smell from bathroom, we run water into every waste thinking it may be a hot weather and room being empty for some time, but smell didn't disappear. No lift in the hotel, so luggage is your problem. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「I messsged to say I would arrive in the early hours of the morning (twice) and did not hear anything back. When I arrived the 24/7 check in machine was turned off and I had to sleep in the car. I expect a full refund」

Limited option of secure hotel parking available but lots of free parking available around the city. Clean & spacious room with some traditional features, and despite no air conditioning in room, staff made every effort to cool room with fans during heatwave. All staff really helpful & friendly. 「The room were clean but the bedding felt a little dirty. It was very noisy and we had to ask the neighbors to stay quiet past 11pm. The car park had a random van with black curtains parked in the corner of the car park. The beds were not as comfortable. 」
