Beachfront condo on East Grand Traverse Bay with 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath (sleeps 2-3). This unit is on the ground level, only steps from the beach on East Grand Traverse Bay.

The floor plan has a panoramic view of East Bay from the kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as from the private deck. If it is a bit chilly you can relax in the heated outdoor pool and hot tub (Memorial Day until Labor Day).

The interior is contemporary and relaxed, featuring a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove top (no oven, sorry), refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, quartz countertops, island with bi-level bar seating​, washer and dryer, and modern fixtures.

The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, a ​dining table that seats four, and a large HD flat screen TV with cable service.

The bathroom​ is open ​with a large walk-in shower, quartz countertops, and matte black fixtures.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a second HD flat screen. The duvet on the comforter is changed for every stay as well as the mattress pad and pillow protectors.

For your convenience we supply beach towels (4), dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, laundry dry rack, laundry basket, ice cube trays, shampoo, conditioner and body wash (if you love ice you might want to grab a bag when you get groceries).

This is in an excellent location that is close to downtown TC, restaurants, brew pubs, wineries, ​and beaches!
