The Nest was a wonderful place to stay. Centrally located to downtown shopping and all the wonderful wineries. Very accurately described in Vrbo. Quiet neighborhood streets and very relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful Condo

We were in TC over the Memorial weekend for a family wedding. The condo was as described. Well decorated and well stocked! Location was very convenient and the hosts were very responsive through the whole process. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again in the future.

Nest 45

Great place, everything as advertised. Super clean, everything we needed was there. We liked the location, 5min drive to Traverse City. Grocery store was 1/2 mile away, restaurant a couple blocks away, Bryant beach is right at the end of Garfield, TART is just behind the unit. The place is close enough to downtown yet is far enough away to keep you away from all the traffic and congestion.

Great Stay

This was the perfect location for our family get-together. Everything was clean and well organized. The kitchen supplies were organized to easily find everything we needed and was in good condition. We had a great time and hope to come back next year.

Easy access to city

I had heart surgery and my husband and sister were very comfortable. Even had to utilize and extra night. I was pleasantly discounted and my sister cleaned before we checked out

Great stay in Traverse City!

Great pet friendly condo with convenient first floor location with a sliding door to the patio which was great for taking the dog out. Unit is exactly as pictured. Clean and modern and a well stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

i was going to the hospital for surgery and testing the day before etc. It was centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. would definately recommend this for everyone. Had to reach out with a question and they answered right away

Great spot..

Property had all the amenities needed, kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, spices, and oils, beds were comfortable, and even a bottle of wine at arrival. Host was easy to reach and responded quickly. Close enough to get anywhere downtown within a few minutes. Thank you!

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay at the Nest…great location, walkable to many restaurants, bars & the Bayshore Marathon start. Loved that we were able to bring our pup, TC is very dog friendly. The listing was accurate & was well stocked with pantry staples & linens. House was clean & nicely furnished. My husband & I, my son & daughter in law stayed…plenty of privacy with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on either side of house. Would definitely book again!

We moved our son to Traverse & had our dog

This is the second time we stayed. I think it was cleaner than the first time which we did not think that was possible! The have bags around the site for you to clean up after your animal. Very animal friendly. The owner of the rental is very responsible and positive! Very willing to help and offer any advice you might need! We highly recommend and we will be back!

Everything was great. We tried to leave it clean like when we walked into it. The hallway smells like marijuana I would like to ad. Like the whole two days we were there. But everything was absolutely perfect! Thank you again

Great newer condo close to everything you need

Had a short 2-night stay at this condo, and our experience couldn't have been better. Plenty of space for us to spread out and with the TVs in every room, everyone had plenty of access to their own content as we wound down for the night. Very short drive to everything that TC has to offer. While I have no complaints, it's fair to note that my 15 y.o. complained of street noise from Garfield, which is a semi-busy street. I didn't hear any of that, andI think she experienced a couple of loud vehicles as she was trying to go to sleep, but otherwise slept like a rock. Thanks Jas and Sue!

Girl's trip

Very clean and well organized. We were impressed with the items that were available for our use, paper towels, toilet paper, sweeteners, olive oil, spices and coffee, dishwasher tabs. The kitchen is very well equipped! That made cooking in the unit easier! There were many extra towels (could use a couple more kitchen towels), sheets and blankets. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. Check in instructions were clear and easily understood. Jas, the host, was very responsive. My one suggestion would be to add more comfortable seating, maybe another couch. There is one small upholstered chair and the chairs from the kitchen table are hard. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, great space

My husband and I took our dog for a week and were able to take her on walks everyday as the trail is right next to the place. We could also walk to downtown. Everything we needed was there and I would definitely stay again.
