Great Place to Stat with a Dog

The property was very clean and exactly as described. It was adorable, and obvious that the hosts put a lot of thought into what guests might need- they thought of everything, from comfortable bedding to batteries, and supplies for pets! The location was about a mile from the shops on Front street we wanted to visit, and an easy drive to the wineries, sand dunes, etc. We had a great time and would love to visit again.

Cute, quiet, convenient!

It’s everything you could need in a place to stay - full kitchen, lovely full bathroom, big cozy bed. It’s also conveniently located about a block away from the grocery store, and a 7-minute walk from a small local coffee shop. Bonus: if you have pets, it’s located in a quiet enough neighborhood to walk your dogs safely. Will gladly stay again!

Stayed one night for a quick stay on our way up to Petoskey area. Perfect spot. Breakfast and coffee shops within walking distance. Grocery store just steps down the road for anything you need. Very clean and easy check in, check out

Perfect for me and my dog!

The condo is exactly what I needed for my stay in TC with my dog. It is extremely clean, well stocked, and cute. It’s location is very convenient, so close to downtown. The neighborhood was also quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being pet friendly!

Quiet and safe

Good location and quiet property. Easy access to major roads and attractions. The host was very responsive to questions. Safe neighborhood. We also brought the cat and she didn’t want to leave. It’s a nice rental that we will use again.

Birthday getaway!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway for my husband’s 40th. It was very clean and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked that we had our own garage space (even though our van didn’t fit all the way, lol) and extra parking across from the rental. The owners were fast to respond to any questions we had during our stay. This rental is super close to the downtown shops and you are only about 20-30 min away from the wineries. Perfect location! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any of our friends and family!

Weekend getaway

We loved this condo. We wanted to bring our dog and it was perfect for all of us. We were in walking distance of downtown and also Boardman lake. We loved your notebook of restaurants and things to do, so much that we are going to make one for our condo which we rent in Petoskey. Thanks for a lovely stay. Also, the communication was always timely.

Perfect Studio Getaway

Immediately upon opening the door, we knew this would be the perfect place for us for the week. It’s the cutest studio apartment and had everything we needed. The decor is absolutely adorable, the setup and furniture are all very cozy, it was very clean, and the amenities will fulfill all your needs for a week long getaway. The location was great. Very close to downtown (we had neighbors that even walked to Front Street restaurants), but also 35 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes and 25 minutes to the point of Old Mission Peninsula. We did not need anything from the office, but they made themselves very available if we did. Highly recommend for two people (or even two people and a dog)!

Delightful Studio Close to it All!

This lovely studio was the perfect size for me and 2 kids (14 and 11). The kitchen had everything we needed to make the couple meals we had in. The rental company partners with stocked.com, so we were able to order groceries ahead of our arrival. The groceries had already arrived and were put away when we got there. Check in was a breeze, well detailed instructions, and the owners were always quick to answer questions. The location was perfect! Minutes from downtown, Mission Pointe (entry to the Peninsula), a grocery store, donuts, restaurants including Starbucks, and Bryant Beach. There were places to walk the dog, parking was easy, they even had a little ring holder near the shower. Such a small, but much appreciated detail. Extra everything too... Toilet paper, paper towels, towels... Thank you for a lovely stay!!!

Clean, cozy, and close to everything 10/10!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at H studio, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and the attention to detail. Admittedly I have been accused of having OCD, I clean every hotel room, every airplane seat, I clean my dog's paws after every trip outside, you get the idea. So when I say this place was clean, wow! 100/10 starts for the cleaning team! It was evident that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this cozy spot. The place was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating a super warm vibe. The thoughtful little details throughout the space truly set it apart. From the well-stocked kitchen and bath to the laundry (awesome washer and dryer!) we were so happy and grateful to Krystle and Dana. We also loved the location, just a stone's throw away from the lake, the main shopping and dining area on Front St and the food trucks, huge bonus. We discovered some cool off the beaten path places like Common Good bakery close by (highly recommend). We can't thank the hosts enough for their impeccable attention to cleanliness, their thoughtful amenities, and the awesome location. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, and we can't wait to return in the future!

Beyond Expectations

This was our first VRBO experience and it went above and beyond our expectations. As a nurse who really needed some much needed time away to just take care of me for a change, I really appreciated it. I always bring cleaning supplies and anticipated having to go over everything but I never even opened my bottles! The moment we stepped in we could smell nothing but CLEAN!!! From the linens to even the dish towels we were beyond pleased. Everything was so well thought out for space and function but the overall design was simple, uncluttered and modern. The communication with the owner and management team was wonderful. They emailed me on our second day to see how our first night went and if we needed anything. Both of my parents have mobility issues but this place was perfect for them. Being able to take our little dog was the icing on top. We were so thankful this place was affordable for us and we wouldn't hesitate to return. It would even be perfect for traveling nurses. Overall, we felt pampered and like we were staying at a friends or relatives place that really cared. From the complimentary Kirkland coffee to the extra supplies of toothbrushes, etc. every little detail mattered and contributed to our amazing experience. Thank you!!!

Perfect for a couple + dog

Perfect condo for 2 people!

Condo is small but perfect for 2 people. Everything was spotless. If you have a car, location is an easy drive to the downtown and lake areas.
