Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit #217. Our condo features a King Bed with a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for your guests.

Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk in shower, a private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.

The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely. Excellent stay and accommodations
Me and my partner’s stay here was amazing and exactly as advertised. The beach was right outside of the unit we stayed in and there were various restaurants nearby as well for our convenience, as well as a meijer’s down the street for any groceries we needed. Check in and check out was smooth as detailed instructions were provided to assist with the process. We will definitely come back when the opportunity arises

Nothing but beach
3 friends had a great time! The condo is perfect in every way. Clean, comfy and quiet. Amenities on property were nice as well but you can beat the beach! Definitely stay again.
