Ok stay
Very clean. Bed not comfortable, sheets were very rough and scratchy. Couch was well used. Needs some updating. Price was reasonable.

Very comfortable and clean
The unit was a welcoming and clean space. We especially appreciated the suite layout and kitchenette option. The kitchenette included a stove and good sized refrigerator. There were nice extra touches such as good storage space for a longer stay. We will certainly be back.

Dirty. The staff at the desk were really nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room wasn’t very clean. Sand and dirt in all the corners. Place was decent for what we paid.

Nice location for us. Did not spend a lot of time in the unit since we were out fishing most of the time Unit was quiet at night and enjoyed being outside at the Gazebo playing cards after fishing Gal at front office was very nice and helpful

Nice hotel
Disappointed that the pool wasn’t open. 93 degrees out. Could not get in room until exactly 3pm even though all rooms were ready.

Found the property clean, well kept, compact, but convenient. Handicap accessible pool, nice pool area. Upstairs got very warm, and the older AC struggled keeping it cool, also a little musty. Backside of the property had a picnic table in over grown weeds, landscaping this area would create another sitting area

Megan, the assistant manager, complained that she was too busy to take my call when I called for reservations. She told me she, alone, had to clean all the rooms and was working until 930 PM that night. She was very negative when I asked if there was room for my boat. The other staff was great during my check in and stay. The only time I saw MEgan was on check out, and I am pretty sure I did not miss anything

Great for 2 couples or family.
Very clean. Perfect for a few days away with another couple. Nice to have refrigerator, stove and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Convenient location for all you want to do in Traverse City. The 2 separate bedrooms were awesome.

Three of us met for a weekend away and the Suite we stayed in was just right for us. We each had our own bed plus a kitchenette and sitting area. There could have been an additional chair and coffee table, but that's it.

Loved being able to drive right up to the door and park there. Loved the suite, so much more room than traditional hotel room. Everything was great but bed could have been more comfortable. Otherwise very well stocked! Would stay again!

We enjoyed the fact it was pet friendly.. clean facility but needs a little TLC, little outdated. But overall it was a clean place, pool very clean. Staff very friendly. We had some ants but nothing major. We walked across street to the beach. Right in the heart of everything around you.

Arrived at 1:45 for check, aware check in states 3 pm we were the only vehicle on site besides workers. Sign at the desk stated look for cleaning cart or call for check in walked to to the area associates were cleaning ask if it was possible to check in she states check in is at 3! I asked any chance of getting in early she states NO we’re cleaning check in is at 3 and turned her back to me. I stated it looks like you are at the last room or 2 again come back at 3! Came back at 3 to filthy carpet in the room a pillow case that looked like they mopped the floor with it. Woke up the first morning to the floor being covered in ants in the kitchen area. We have stayed here 3 other times and never had these issues so hopefully it’s some off
