「This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed 」

「燈光太暗，飯店老舊缺乏維護。感覺附近治安不佳，有些異常的人在大廳走動但是沒有警衛保護住宿的安全。吧台餐廳的食物很糟，冷凍食物。」

「All great except: I do not like the Valet-only parking. Refrigerator noise occasionally not great. Minor inconvenience, some outlets in my room were not working.」

「住宿設施老舊，整體感覺住的不舒服，飯店服務人員還算親切」
