「We have chosen this apartment hotel because of the facilities offered and we find that they are up to standard. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that it is near the S-Bahn station and we can hear the noise of the trains at night. The hotel location is excellent, only a short walk to Hackescher Markt station and 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. 」

「Clean room, easy to explore to tourists area by foot. Amenities are good. We were able to do our laundry. We slept comfortably. Ali (Kaspa-Living) has given us clear instructions on how to get in into the property. Thanks for that. Great for 3-4 people. We just wished that there’s a full body mirror 😊 」

「很方便，空間很大，算是位於亞洲區，很多亞洲美食，不遠處還有超市。不遠還有comebuy台灣人的手搖飲。順著鐵路往東可以到亞歷山大廣場往西就是博物館島。方便極了」

「廚房餐具很齊全，連洗碗機都有，缺點是油煙機出風口只用一張濾紙過濾，並沒有通風管往外抽，煮飯還是要開窗通風.路邊停車免費，但要早點到，飯店也提供停車位，但數量有限，是否收費，要問服務人員. 離地鐵公車也很近，附近也有大型超市可買食材.暖氣很給力，是地暖，浴室也有晾衣的暖氣架，總體95分，夏天來要看看有沒有冷氣，因為沒看到.」
