This spacious holiday home is situated at an altitude of 900 meters in a beautiful, tranquil location amidst the Carinthian Nockberge mountains. The furnishings are traditional, and the house offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The holiday home features several double rooms with en-suite showers and toilets, as well as a single room. The generous garden provides ample space and numerous seating and relaxation areas. A highlight, especially for groups, is the spacious kitchen with a dining area and pantry, adjacent to two large dining/common rooms, perfect for socializing.

Birkenhof is located almost in the heart of Carinthia, nestled in the beautiful Nockberge mountains, which are ideal for hiking and skiing. The nearby Gerlitzen ski resort offers 20 lifts and numerous slopes for winter sports enthusiasts, catering to both beginners and advanced skiers. For those looking to try something different, tobogganing, winter hiking, or ski touring are all great options. In summer, numerous lakes, including the stunning Lake Ossiach, are easily accessible by car. A swimming area on the natural beach of the idyllic Lake Afritz (approx. 3 km) is included. Villach, a city steeped in history and charm, is about 15 km away. Let yourself be enchanted by its fantastic events and unique atmosphere.
