“There was no hot water in the shower, no lights in the hallway, bathroom sink or kitchen, the kitchen stove did not work and was rusted, there was a broken washing machine in the kitchen, no lights in the bathroom (I had to take a cold shower in the dark), the patio door didn't lock, the air conditioners filter was completely clogged. The lights in the entire apartment were too bright. The host was attentive via what's app and she admitted that the unit needed overdue repairs. The unit that I……

“This is really 2 bedrooms and a hallway with access to a basic open kitchenette. Hot water and AC are good and access to beach around the corner is very convenient. Ok accommodations for a night or 2 but def not a "villa" experience. (Take your own towels). Greeter was helpful and pleasant”

“Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.”

“Extremely clean rooms and environment. Very high standards maintained throughout the entire resort. Furniture in the rooms were of very good quality and the rooms were even better than the pictures portrayed in the adverts.”

“This property is quite nice, the location is perfect for the strip, the direction using Mobay club is not the best one to use that makes the property hard to find. In the en-suite the shower was broken very little water and timescale filled, balcony doors did not close with a lock and found roaches in the cupboard. ”

“I was disappointed with this stay because the property did not match the listing and several advertised amenities were unavailable or not functioning.Upon arrival, I never received the entry code and was unable to reach the host until a staff member contacted him on my behalf. The building elevator was also out of service, which was a major issue since the unit is on the 7th floor. As someone with a medical condition, climbing multiple flights of stairs with luggage was extremely difficult and……
