She remembered our name and room number, always a smile on her face. Impressive! Kimono at the Zenith pool. Pleasant and efficient even though she seemed overworked. Allayah, The Lobster House. “The service I received was beyond outstanding, the staff are so attentive. The feeling of the property feels like home, the rooms are clean and spacious. Toni at guest services was the icing on the cake, when I told her it was my anniversary she set up a dinner for me and my husband that evening. Btw she can sing. The only little concern I had was the landscaping which they are currently working on. I am a really picky person and based on my OCD you won’t regret your stay here. Thank you Melia……

“We had a great stay at the property! It was clean, comfortable, and overall a pleasant place for me and my family. The host was very welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. The only minor issue we had was that a few of the appliances didn’t seem to be working properly or perhaps we just didn’t know how to operate them. That said, it didn’t take away from our enjoyment, and we would definitely consider staying here again.”
