"The resort is beautiful and the staff were quite helpful. We booked a Privilege room and absolutely recommend it based off the additional amenities you receive. The swim-up pool for our room was great and we enjoyed using it. There was always lots of entertainment and activities throughout the day! The spa was good, felt a little rushed out after our massages. The beach was fair - it could really handle more chairs and cabanas. Even with Privilege and a dedicated beach we often found difficulty for our group of 4 to find somewhere to go, let alone together. We're not big on getting in the water but the little bit we did, there were quite a few rocks and would recommend water shoes. Unfortunately, our housekeeping left some to be desired. After arriving and unpacking, we found our feet (which had been clean and in shoes) were quite dirty after walking around our room. Simple things like towel resupply was hit or miss. We noticed broken glass on our balcony rail that must have come from above that was not cleaned for a day and a half (until we did). Turndown service, while most definitely a perk, arrived consistently while we were getting ready for supper and just not ideal timing. Overall a lovely stay! Some small things that, if adjusted, would make it a no-brainer for a repeat visit. I sincerely wish they'd fix the beach situation because that was probably the biggest bummer. Still very appreciative of the time spent in paradise at a really very great resort!"

"We stayed here as a family for spring break 2026 with 2 other families. Overall, I definitely recommend it, we had a wonderful time, but it wasn’t without a few compromises. Pros: great location, love the pool and beach. The cleaning staff did an excellent job in our room each day, they were the champs of the resort! We used the company on the pier for water excursions and snorkeling and loved them! Food was ok everywhere, no real complaints, except the dry burgers at the beach grill! Loved the chicken and beef patties at the food truck! Cons: resort is older, grounds can look worn down in places. About 50% of the staff are excellent, the other 50% do not care to help you- just know that going in. Our room balcony looked over a fence covered in razor wire… But there is a fun vibe, beautiful beach and water and we would go back!!"

"Clean rooms nice staff"

"Hotel was very clean and updated. Pool is average size but wasn’t crowded during our stay. We did not use the one on the 5th floor during our stay. It is small but we never saw more than 2/3 people in it. Restaurants were all clean, staff efficient and friendly and food very good. Outside bar is ok. Bartenders and servers were mostly nice and helpful. Beach area for hotel is smaller and you need to get a seat very early to be on the front row. Drink menu is limited at the beach and no food service. Directly Outside of the resort is questionable and shop workers are very aggressive. Overall nice place. (Mar 26)"
