「Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. 」

「Really lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake Como. We walked to Tremezzo which was only 8/10 mins from us Lenno was also around the same so both town are fairly close. However when hot you probably want to take PT but the bus was not on time most times. Regardless this property on its own was worth it. Comfortable bed and clean property is with all amenities you’ll need for a few days. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much. 」

「Great views of the lake and mountain. Quiet area. Clean and all amenities included. There's a bus which you can take to see nearby tourist cities. Only thing to be mindful is that there are flights of stairs you have to walk up to get to the apartment.」

「We have just finished the most wonderful stay here. From the communications we received as soon as we booked, to the fantastic Apartment and the help we received when we asked. 「This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. 「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」

「The apartment was very nice, clean and in a great location. It felt very safe, secure and in a busy area. Being made aware of cars not being able to get near the property or key pick up would have helped in our timing and planning. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms was not that good. 「Das Appartement war sehr schön und sehr stylisch umgebaut! Das Appartement Gaia ist auf 2 Stockwerken, welche mit einem Lift verbunden wären. Dieser hat während meinem Aufenthalt leider nicht funktioniert. Daher habe ich den 2. Stock jeweils über das Treppenhaus erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und sie haben mir immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Appartement verfügte über zwei Badezimmer und Duschen.
