"The house is fantastic! They have thought of everything-kitchen is well stocked, towels, linens, soaps, great coffee machine including coffee beans and the house was immaculately clean! The hot tub was great and views of the mountains spectacular! Wilma was a great hostess-bringing fresh bread everyday and always responding quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this chalet-my family had an incredible stay! "

"Pros: The house was in a great location, with the slopes only a few minutes walking or skiing away. The view from the house was truly spectacular and the pictures dont do it justice, because you have an uninterrupted view of the Italian dolomites from the balcony. It was very spacious and fully equipped with all you needed for cooking etc. and the sauna with breathtaking views was a hit with all of us. Marco was a great host and always responded immediately over Whatsapp when we had a question...

"Cons: The home is slightly remote but so special. The kitchen has everything you need to make any meal. The owner keeps it well stocked with food, cleaning supplies, spices etc. We loved the pizza oven and spent a lot of time in the yard with the kids and the toys that are provided. Thomas is available to answer any questions. The mountains are spectacular, be awarre everthing is closed on Sundays. We were there with our family of 10 including 4 kids and couldn't have had a better time."

"The room is a bit small when shares with 3ppl. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The hotel did not provide instructions there is a garage parking if the outdoor street parking was full. Due to the hiking reason end soon, the bus is not frequently on Sunday morning. 10 mins drive away from the Seceda Cable car."

"I booked a double room with a balcony facing the mountains and it was a wonderful calming view. There is a pizzeria restaurant attached to the hotel so you don’t have to venture far to go out for dinner and the pizza was very good. The location is 10 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins from the old town, shopping and restaurants. This hotel is a spa as well and for 30 Euro extra per day you had use of those facilities. Well worth it. The staff were lovely, I had a problem with my I phone and was directed to a shop that immediately addressed the issue and sorted out my problem. Breakfast selection had a nice combination of sweets and savoury and a great coffee machine. The room was comfortable, with a mini fridge and safe. Great bathroom and bathroom. The hotel also had bike rental facilities and there are plenty of bike trails in the area. Prices were good. I loved this hotel and the combination of wonderful staff, lovely room with a view, excellent breakfast and dinner option at the pizzeria restaurant on the ground floor would be the reasons for me to stay here again. Wonderful experience."

"I had to say one of the best stays.. great location. Very good breakfast with fresh orange juice!! Lovely pool with views and good room. Parking included My only comments to charge for sauna and spa and the heating was so hot couldn't managed to change the room temperature Otherwise I would definitely come back . "The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
