Good place for an outdoor overnight. Basic amenities. Showing wear from pillow cases to toilet seat. Clean and functional. No different than a motel 6 really. Would stay again if necessary. Good for solo visitors to McGuire AFB.

The pillow cases looked dingie, like washed in dirty water. (Bring your own pillows). If you arrive early.. Be prepared to either wait until 3, or pay extra to check in early, even more if it's earlier then 3 hrs. The bathroom looked clean until I saw a cockroach in the corner. WiFi is spotty AT BEST. The air conditioner doesn't get cold

While the place does have the bare minimum a motel should have for a stay, the rooms are filthy, the owner installed cameras at every door (which made for a lack of privacy), the sink and shower had broken valves, and the reception office was incredibly hot.
