“We waited at least 20 minutes to check in. There were 2 women working, one checking in the lady ahead of us and one on the phone. There was some issue with the lady's card or payment and it took the one woman behind the desk going to the lady in the back room at least 5 times before that woman came out to help try and sort things out. Why one of the women couldn't deal with the lady with the card issue and one check us in, is beyond me. We lost time getting ready and had rides pick us up that……

“Tim was a great host and promptly responded to all inquiries. The property had everything needed for a quiet weekend away. The grill we brought unfortunately didn't work but we were able to cook everything we brought in the toaster oven. The neighbors were all friendly. For a small extra cost, kayaks and canoes are available. The water was smooth and there weren't many people around, it felt like our own private lake. Thank you for a nice weekend, Tim!”

“I came in to Windsor to see an ill family member and this hotel was located within a 10 minute drive to the Windsor Met hospital. There are tons of amenities, within walking distance, or a short drive. (Including a great 'hole in the wall' donair & shwarma restaurant a block away called HAKIMO. The food is very yummy, especially if you love garlic.) The location is great if you're going across the border, as it's right up the road from the Ambassador Bridge; you can literally see the bridge from……
