「Yes, the house is old, as stated in the description. But it's not just old, it's falling apart! Not only is it old, it's infested with cockroaches! We opened the refrigerator, and tons of them came out. Everytime we lifted the toilet seat, they came crawling out.」

「The house was exceptionally clean (MAJOR PLUS!!) and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well!! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The host was very accommodating and helpful. His instructions for everything in the home was very clear and concise. He even labeled all of the light switches which if you ever rent a vacation home, this is a huge deal! Checking in and checking out were very easy. There is a parking lot to park which was ideal for loading the house...

「This was the most incredible rental we’ve ever stayed in. The beautiful and historic home was so comfortable, tastefully decorated, spacious, stocked with thoughtful amenities like snacks, coffee, and drinks. You feel like you’re walking into a friends home the way the host makes you feel. He was so accommodating, responsive, and kind. 「The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...
