“Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars……

“Wonderful modern hotel. Had a room facing the pool and a package that included breakfast. I recommend both. Great modern music at the pool. It is walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The bars are loud at night and the noise may impact you, but we were able to sleep through it by our second night. ”

“This hotel is amazing! Breakfast has a bid variety in food including for kids. Dinner is also delicious and a huge space for dining. If you decide to just stay in the hotel, you will love it but you will need a car to get around but the area is calm and the sound of the ocean is really breathtaking. Rooms were cleaned every day with an extra towel for pool/beach. ”

“Large Hilton hotel with everything necessary for a great holiday. Super clean, rooms spotless, breakfast as you’d expect from Hilton and staff very helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus takes 5 minutes to get to the marina but an Uber is less than 5 euros and arrive within minutes. Not much within walking distance, ‘pavement’ residential type affair, local Spar 10 minutes walk away but plenty shops in the centre of Vilamoura. ”

“We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and efficient, spacious clean rooms and communal areas, and a convenient location for nearby towns. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach. We were all inclusive and the food was varied, fresh, and really enjoyable. The pool did get a lot busier our last few days as the weekend and school holidays started. Last 2 days there were too many inflatables and ball games in the south pool, which had been quiet. But everything else was……

“The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to……

“We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking……

“Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. ”
