「Easy access from airport and train station. The staff is really nice and helpful. The bus stop near the porta nuova takes you to any place of Bergamo. Actually you feel like staying at a economy hotel rather than a hostel, which is the best part of it.」

「Nice guys that will answer questions and try to help, but they let the dishes and floors and tables stay uncleaned for hours after messes are created. Lots of smokers in all areas including non-smoking areas. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and nice. Common areas are messy often. wifi in common areas was good, but they continuously said the password was CAPITALIZED (first letter) thereby causing much confusion and lots of connection errors until (someone) suggested no CAPITALIZED first letter...

「Madama was my first hostel experience and it was great! Beds were comfortable and the location was great, about a 5 minute walk to the metro which can get you anywhere in Milan quickly. Area is safe and always people around, but quiet. Madama’s bistrot is very lively, so if you prefer a more quiet hostel this is not for you.
