“We stayed here for 2 nights and chose this place because it was just across the road from the Hot Springs. PRO’s: - Walking distance from Hot Springs - Very clean and modern accommodations - Roof top deck with mountain views, outdoor table CONs: -Had a few issues with a/c and heating unit. Remote control was not responsive and so had to be controlled by host remotely - thankfully she was very responsive. It can get very hot inside during the day and cool at night so I was a bit frustrated at……

“This place was cool. Lots of spiders and I’m sure we had some sort of rodent as our food that was left on the counter had corners missing and chew marks on the bags/food. Otherwise this place was a perfectly placed getaway!!”

“This was a great option for my kiddos who wanted to camp, and for me who didn't want to deal with setting up or breaking down a camp! The folks from the front office were wonderful and very accommodating to a last minute change in the number kiddos coming on our trip. According to my daughter, we'll be staying here every time we're in the Durango area!”

“This VRBO is my all time Durango favorite. It is even better than the pictures. Clean charming and spacious, it has all the amenities that make it a very comfortable place to stay. Highlights were the gas fire place and deep tub. Definitely will book again.”

The location is great for bike riders because a large park is directly behind this home. The street is quiet and secluded. Our 24' motorhome fit perfectly in the driveway.”

The layout of the condo meant the baby could be sleeping while we were still up cooking, eating, or watching TV without waking her up.
