「Horrible and tacky 」

「This apartment has a lot of issues,the area is not what you expect the owner tells you that it is close to the beachs,restaurants and a lot more Not True. The in side of the house is not to bad but smells ,the kitchen is a mass her stove should be dumped the fridge has a freezing issue,the kettle goes on and off,you only have two A/C sorry to tell you A/C does not work, the lamps in the bed rooms you can not plug them in it is only for show,the showers no hot water in one and tried having a...

「Clean room and supportive staff」

「The property is magnificent. Has its own beautiful beach. But clearly they are short on staff and on supplies - during breakfast I had to get off my chair to find someone to get me some coffee- since it was not self served. Our first night we ask for another blanket and they had none but send me a flat sheet Our beach towels were very damp because they did not have dry ones available.
