“The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.”

“The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. ”

“The only reason this review for Magdalena Grand Beach &Resort is rated with 1 start is because there were no options to rate it as ZERO. A few facts:
(1) Upon my arrival I had to move to 3 rooms before one was acceptable. First one horrible smell etc: 2nd one nasty toilet, 3-4 channels on TV only etc.
(2) 2nd day, came back from beach and room had no hot water, not Tv, no internet etc.
(3) Morning of 3rd day sent text to Manager, no response until I called about after 4PM and was informed……
