La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Trinidad
It was a great half stop on our trip… both ways. Friendly staff! When we asked for a 3rd for room on the way back….they were so accommodating! Love it was right next to a Walmart superstore….even if we didn’t go. La Quinta is usually great for us… with or without (this time) our pets.

Luxury Funky Fun 420, Walk Downtown wAC–Pets free!
This wonderland house took our anxious kiddo from “I’m scared to stay away from home” to “this place is amazing, I don’t want to leave!” (With a quick detour into “I think Mr. Machine is haunted,” but that was to be expected.) A must-stay for any weirdos visiting Trinidad!

Cozy Tiny House Escape with jaw dropping mountain and lake view Perfect for two!
Hidden Gem! Gated Parking, Large Fenced Yard, Woodstove
This property was clean and spacious at the end of a street. It made so less traffic came around. The host was attentive to messages. I would stop in again if I was in the area and it was available.
