“Great place and a Wonderful owner. House is spacious, beds are comfortable. It was raining 80 % of the time and cold. Heaters were not working very well so it was cold. Loved the place. The furniture really needs an upgrade. None of the chairs had cushions so for the elderly was difficult sitting. Couches didnt have lefs so if we got down there someone had to pull you up. None of this would have been an issue had it not rained so much so the old folks stayed in verses going on outings to the……

“My family had such a great time at this cabin. It was plenty big for the 11 of us to sleep comfortably and spread out. The family room was big and warm with the wood burning fireplace in the corner. The kitchen’s had everything we needed. We also loved the maps of walking trails that start out right at the cabin. It was a great trip. Our only wish would be for some snow next time.”

The only thing is that the neighbor is not a dog friendly, we bring our dog, she is a beagle and like most of the dogs she barks at strangers when I came outside to put her in so she doesn’t bother the neighbor, the neighbor started yelling at me to shut my dog or she will do it or to use a bark collar. There is a cute town 20 minutes away so not too remote but still away from too many people which was really nice!!! Property was also very clean and communication with host was fast and easy 😁”

“Our family came down to explore parks and trails in Northern California and chose the modern cabin (pine) as it was centrally located to where we would be spending our time and looked like a really sweet property. We were not disappointed. The cabin was just right for us, clean and updated with thoughtful details in the decor and setup. “This house was so perfect for us! We had six teens in the loft and 2 upstairs bedrooms. They enjoyed having their own space. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs room. I had a couple of questions so I reached out the property manager, Bobbi - she was so helpful, very kind, and welcoming. The house was clean and fit our group very comfortably. “Was looking for a nice cabin in the woods and the Treehouse was perfect for our family. It really felt like a treehouse and my kids loved it. “Great trip. The home was well supplied. The host was amazing and very helpful to us all. It is very quiet and clean. It would be good for future renters to know that there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom and a loft upstairs with 4 beds and a bathroom. There is no door to close to give you privacy between the 4 beds so it isn't really a 3 bedroom VRBO. It's more like a 2 bedroom home with a large loft. “This is a quiet stay with everything you need in a house. Dont pack extras as all supplies at home is covered there. Laundry soap, dish soap n extras Its so affordable and the place is cute! Communication with host was fast, i asked if there was a microwave before heading there and got a reply quick. Check out easy too, just do dishes n take garbage out. Super quiet stay. Very pleased with low price and stay. Highly recommended 👌”

“This sweet cottage was the ideal place for us to stay while visiting a relative in Redding. Outside of the town, it’s surrounded by trees and hills and is very quiet. The bed is really comfortable, the shower is great and we had everything we needed, including a selection of good coffee (pod machine) and laundry facilities. Check-in and out was seamless via the Smart lock. We would stay here again!”
