“First review ever here. Had a great first time experience booking thru Vrbo. Our Host was excellent with communications and responses to my questions. The property is in a great area for getting around the Redding area and located near at least three excellent restaurants. The house was very roomy for 5 and with additional local family stopping by, still comfortable for games, etc..Would be happy to stay at Emerald House again!”

“My family had a wonderful time here. The river runs right past the back deck which was very pretty. The place has gorgeous windows looking out to the river in back. The place was clean and inviting. We went tubing and sledding about 20 min away. My dog enjoyed the gated yard too”

“We had a wonderful week-long stay and really enjoyed our time at this home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was excellent—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always prompt in getting back to us whenever we had a question.
We especially enjoyed the hot tub, and the BBQ was clean and worked perfectly, which made it easy to enjoy some relaxing evenings at the house. The location was also great, with easy access to Whiskeytown……
