The views from the house are stellar, it's easy driving to many hikes in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, and just a 10 minute drive into the town of Escalante. While it's close to Route 12, you can't hear any traffic from inside the house and there aren't any nearby neighbors. The view of the mountains the river that runs through the property was dreamy. We couldn’t make it the first night due to snow storm and the manager was so thoughtful and helpful assisting us and making sure we enjoyed our stay.
