“The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year.”

“There were six of us (three couples; one with an infant). We all had plenty of space, as much or little activity as we wanted and beautiful surroundings. This place is so well-maintained and your every need has been anticipated. There was plenty of everything - from towels to spices. The cookware was just as good as my cookware at home, which is not the case for many VRBO's! We all had a wonderful time. “Stayed here with friends & family & it was the perfect place to stay after floating at Ichetucknee Springs less than a mile away from the cabin. We cooked one night and had everything we needed to prepare a large meal (spices, pots & pans, cutting boards, etc.). The master bedroom was an oasis itself with how comfortable the bed was, the in-room thermostat & wall unit, and the large rainfall head shower. Add in the fire pit & hot tub and it’s perfect! Only complaint is since it’s a log cabin the……

“The view is beautiful! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper and lower decks that over-looked the river. The dock was very nice… we tried to fish but did not catch anything. The children loved the rope swing and the fruiting orange tree in the back. We also had an Easter egg hunt in the back yard (which is large). There is a fire pit as well. The house is two stories but you have to use outside stairs to get up/down. This did not bother us, however if you have smaller children it might. It is……

“The Suwannee River has become our favorite destination for vacation. Although it had rained and flooded the springs during our visit we had a wonderful time. We caught 3 big catfish! We played basketball, & darts. The porch is amazing for sitting and drinking coffee and watching the river. We will definitely be back. The owners were awesome with getting us to the house as the GPS took us down the wrong road. Everything was clean and I sure appreciated the creamers provided as I forgot to buy……

“Great place to experience the Ichnetucknee Springs and surrounding area. Having the park next door worked out great for tubing and 4 tubes were provided at the cabin along with a kayak. My teenage daughters loved it. The owner Jenn was responsive to questions and April with Paradise Paddle Adventures hooked us up with shuttles to the neighborhood park and fire wood. Would rent again.”

We had the BEST time, the river level was up but that certainly didn't stop us from enjoying it, so dont let that detour you. It was SUPER clean, peaceful, quiet and had everything you could possibly need. My sister and I loved this home and look forward to visiting again soon.💙”
