“Staff didn't fulfill promises and do what they said they would do, they weren't prepared to supply the needs of the facility, and we didn't experience a lot of friendliness. We should have stayed at a cheaper hotel for we paid extra for that stay and got what we would expect from a "cheap" motel”

“There was a line of 6 customers at check in waiting for someone to show up to get us checked in. He finally came with a towel around his neck like he’d been in the pool or workout room. Then we went to our room to find the door wide open. A bit concerning. Once we unloaded we showered after 12 hrs of driving. That felt nice. Turned on tv and it wasn’t connected or broken. Tried to call front desk- phone was dead. So I tried calling from my cell. Got put on hold 15 minutes then disconnected.……

“A cockroach the size of Texas crawled on my child in bed. The walls were stained. Found a cockroach in the bathroom.”

“Front entrance is good as most hotels are. Rooms have paint and ceiling falling, mold in shower, mold on walls by sink, electrical plugs are extremely old and worn out. They barley hold anything in them. Electrical covers missing from plugs which is a risk of kids or someone electrocuting themselves, main metal support that holds roof up is completely rusted out, surprisingly it has not falling and hurt or killed someone. Shower has holes in plastic walls where I'm sure water is running in and……
