"The property is as listed. It's new so is very clean and has pretty much all the basics you need. It is remote, almost 3 miles of dirt road, no internet though does have WIFI. There are restaurants 9 miles away in Morrisville with surprisingly good food, ( the duck at Siam Valley Thai was exceptional), as well as groceries, hardware, etc. A good place to escape from our daily craziness."
