「Ich war das zweite Mal dieses Jahr in der Schweiz und in 2 verschiedenen Hotels. Das erst war top und das zweite jetzt auch. Erstmals ein Spa Hotel gebucht, war sehr zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Ruhe im Hotel. Sehr gut zum Entspannen. Der spa Bereich ist überragend. Ebenfalls ist das Essen sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und verfügen über einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist eine 10/10 Gerne nochmals」

「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「It’s very clear that the hotel’s primary focus is to make guests feel as relaxed and as comfortable as possible, and they succeed on all fronts. The lakefront view is so worth it. It’s an experience I don’t think I would’ve been able to get elsewhere. It’s calm, quiet and allows you to slow down and really take in the lake’s serenity, rather than it feeling like a brief stop on a tour. The building is great. The food was great.
